2. Hosting
This website is hosted on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, located in Germany (EU). When you visit the site, Hetzner processes server log data (see below) on our behalf as a processor under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
3. Server log files
For technical operation and security, the server automatically records data your browser transmits: IP address, date and time, the page requested, referrer, and browser/OS information. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in secure, stable operation (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). These logs are retained only as long as necessary and then deleted.
4. Contact / early-access form
If you submit our early-access or contact form, we process the data you provide (e.g. name and email address) to respond to you and to send you the updates you requested. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR) and/or steps taken at your request (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future by emailingprivacy@kinuhealth.com.
These submissions are processed using Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH / Brevo SAS), an email and contact-management service with EU data processing, acting as our processor under a data processing agreement.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our site uses only technically necessary cookies by default. We useGoogle Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — but onlyafter you give consent via our cookie banner (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR). Until you consent, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is sent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time on our Cookie Settings page.
Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Ltd. Data may be transferred to Google LLC (USA); such transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We enable IP anonymisation where applicable.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data (Art. 15);
- rectification (Art. 16) and erasure (Art. 17);
- restriction of processing (Art. 18);
- data portability (Art. 20);
- object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21);
- withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7 (3));
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77).

7. Data retention
